Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
- Search for VisualRoute.
- Click the three dots next to VisualRoute and choose Uninstall.
- Follow the uninstaller prompts to remove the application.
Residual data
VisualRoute stores configuration and trace history under your Windows user profile. After uninstall, you may optionally remove the VisualRoute folder under %APPDATA% if you want to delete saved traces and preferences.
License key
Your license key is independent of the installation. Keep it safe if you plan to reinstall later on the same or another machine.
Reinstalling?
Download the latest build from the download page. Reinstalling does not consume an activation if you're on the same machine.
