License type
All VisualRoute licenses are perpetual. You own the version you purchase for as long as you wish to use it. License keys are tied to your purchase, not to an annual subscription.
Activations
When you buy a license you select how many machines it activates on (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or 25 seats). If you need to move a license to a new machine, contact support and we can help.
Annual support
Annual support is optional. It covers priority support response and free upgrades to new major releases for the duration of the support period. Without support your license continues to work, you just do not receive free upgrades.
Refunds
We offer a 15-day free trial precisely so you can confirm VisualRoute fits your needs before buying. If a legitimate technical issue prevents you from using a purchased license and we cannot resolve it, contact us to discuss a refund.
Volume and site licensing
For deployments larger than 25 seats, or for site-wide licensing, contact us for a custom quote. Government and education pricing is available.
Usage scope
Personal use licenses are for individual, non-commercial use on your own machines. Business use licenses are required whenever VisualRoute is used inside an organization, including for paid work performed by individuals on behalf of clients.
